My job is to manage people’s expectations, so something I always tell new clients is that there is no quick fix. Think about if you take medication, you have to take it consistently for it to ease your symptoms - it is the same

with healing treatments, except these treatments have the ability to heal the root cause of an issue over time, depending on the issue.​

My treatments are buildable, meaning - each session builds upon the last. Don’t be discouraged if you don’t feel better immediately after a couple of sessions.​ You should notice improvements in the early days, and that’s a good sign to keep going.​​​​​
